5 News presenter Dani Sinha will be hosting the 2019 Asian Media Awards.
Dani joined ITN’s 5 News as a presenter and reporter in 2015 after a long stint at the BBC.
She is now a regular face on 5 News presenting the main programmes as well as the evening bulletins.
Dani said, “I am delighted to be hosting the 2019 AMA ceremony in the wonderful city of Manchester.
“This is such an exciting time for my peers in the media industry and it’s a great honour to showcase some of the best talent in the UK.
Before her role at 5 News Dani could be heard on various BBC outputs, including BBC World News and BBC Business for the News Channel.
Dani is keen to support charities and volunteers regularly at a hospice which helps terminally ill people in Lourdes, France.
This year’s Asian Media Awards return to the Hilton Manchester Deansgate on Thursday October 24 2019.
Previous recipients of an Asian Media Award include Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Waris Hussein, Art Malik, Mehdi Hasan, Nina Wadia, Anita Rani & Faisal Islam.
